Do you sometimes wonder about a better way to deal with disagreements? Would you like more harmony and less frustration in your interactions?

Let’s talk about the workshop I offer based on Nonviolent (Compassionate) Communication (NVC).

Feel free to request my monthly Compassion Practices that I’ve been sharing since 2011 that offer many ways to share compassion in our lives.   I’d love to see how you might explore and use “Dealing with Difficult Conversations.”  Such conversations stem from criticisms, judgments, and misunderstandings.

In the workshop, participants learn how to:

  • Avoid misunderstandings by asking questions that clarify what others say
  • Avoid criticism or judgment by identifying and acknowledging underlying thoughts, feelings, and needs.
  • Focus on solutions (what works) rather than on problems (what doesn’t work)
  • Create agreements that build trust and understanding.

To talk about how this workshop will benefit you and the groups you are part of, call me at (206) 938-8385, or email
